How do I receive my DXF files after purchase?

All files are available for instant download immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with a secure download link, and you can also access your files through your customer account dashboard.

What software do I need to open these files?

Our files are provided in standard DXF and SVG formats, which are compatible with most CNC software including AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Vectric VCarve, and Fusion 360.

Are the designs tested for plasma or laser cutting?

Yes, each design is rigorously tested for cutability. We ensure there are no open paths or crossed lines, making them ready for CNC plasma, laser, waterjet, or router tables.

Can I use these designs for commercial products?

Yes, your purchase includes a commercial license to sell the physical items you create using our designs. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files themselves.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will rectify it immediately.

Can I request a custom design or modification?
